Cassidy is moving to Colorado, so we fit in one last trip to the hot springs before she left. We even convinced Sam to join us for his first backpacking trip, which made it an extra special overnight trip.

Last year I became aware of a lesser-known loop trail that connects some of the best trails along the JMT and in Sequoia/Kings National Parks - called the "Big SeKi Loop."
I am so thankful that I was able to secure permits for some truly iconic backpacking trips this year, including the incredible North Lake to South Lake "loop".
We love our local hot springs so when I heard about natural hot springs deep in Inyo National Forest, I knew it was going on the adventure list for 2021!
